What the notes deliberately do not claim
Nothing here is presented as a formal observation programme. Seeing conditions are not measured, magnitudes are not estimated systematically, and no counts are offered as data. Where a note describes what is visible, it means visible on a good night at this location, with this equipment, to one observer.
That is a narrower claim than most observing guides make, and a more honest one.
